Terms And Conditions

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
• No refunds or returns after 30 days of purchase
• There will be a maximum of 10% purchase price compensation for each/any kitten returned for any reason other than significant health issues. 
• Anyone found to be unable to properly care for their kitten(s) shall be required to return the kitten(s) without compensation.  Upon request, Customer(s) shall be liable to provide a copy of vaccinations for the first year after purchase. 
• We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for safety & health reasons. 
• Kitten vaccinations shall start around 7-9 weeks
• Anyone found to be re-selling any kitten(s) will be in breach of contract and shall return said kitten(s) without compensation
• All sales are final except for limited circumstances which require a written agreement that is notarized or signed by two witnesses

BREEDER SLIP INFORMATION: 

• The International Cat Association, Inc. provides a Breeder Slip (TICA).  The customer is encouraged to register their new kitten(s) with TICA. To register your kitten(s) you will need the unique “Breeder Slip Number” for the kitten(s). This document provides registration information of the sire and dame. At the time of registration with TICA the customer has an option to purchase a Pedigree document for three or five generations. 
• **Customer may request the Breeder Slip after proof of spay/neuter is received directly from the performing veterinarian within six months of purchase. 
• **The customer authorizes the veterinarian to provide copies of all records. Failure to provide proof of spay/neuter shall be considered a purchase to breed, subjecting buyer to an additional cost of $3,000 per kitten, enforced through litigation.  
• Anyone found to be in violation of this agreement shall be required to return the kitten(s) without compensation.
