- No Refunds For Returns After 5 days of purchase.
- Returns are at the breeders discretion.
- There will be a 30% fee for each kitten returned.
- BREEDER SLIP - A Breeder Slip is provided by The International Cat Association, Inc. (TICA). The Buyer is encourgaed to register their new kitten with TICA. To register you will need the unique Breeder Slip Number for the kitten. This document provide registration information of the Sire and Dam. At the time of registration with TICA the Buyer has an option to purchase a Pedigree document for three or five generations. Buyer may request the Breeder Slip after proof of spay / nueter is received directly from Buyer's veterinarian within six months of purchase. Buyer authorizes veterinarian to provide copies of all records. Failure to provide proof of spay/neuter shall be considered a purchase to breed, subjecting buyer to an additional cost of $3,000 per kitten. Anyone found to be in violation of this agreement shall be required to return the kitten(s) without compensation.
- Anyone found to be unable to properly care for their kitten(s) shall be required to return the kitten(s) without compensation. Buyer shall provide copies of Vaccinations for the first year after purchase. Kitten vaccinations shall start at 6-8 weeks of age until kitten is 16-20 weeks old. Core vaccines shall be boosted one year after the initial series.
- Anyone found to be re-selling the kittens will be in breach of contract and shall return kitten(s) without compensation.
- All sales are final except for special circumstances which require special consideration and will require a written agreement signed by two witnesses or notorized.
- Payment for stud services must be paid 75% upfront before services are rendered, and the balance when cat is picked up.
- Females participating in our stud services program shall remain under the care and control of Wonderland Cubs until the litter has completed nursing, 8 - 10 weeks of age, and the remaining 25% service fee has been paid. This policy is to protect not only the kittens, but Wonderland Cubs, as well as making the breeding process easy for our fellow cat loving professionals.
- Wonderland Cubs reserves the right to keep 1 kitten from any litter with full breeding rights attached. If Wonderland Cubs retains a kitten from litters of 3 or less the remaining 25% fee shall be waived.
